HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM EARTHWHORLS

December 20, 2016 2 Comments

There is no doubt that this is a time of year for reflection.  It’s a time to celebrate the love and the comfort and the beauty in your life.  And, it’s a time to open your heart and let some of that love flow outwards towards those around you.

I am grateful, beyond words, for my beautiful family.  I am grateful for their wondrous good humor, loyalty, warmth and compassion.  I am grateful that in good times or bad, they are there for me.

Each of us has something to be grateful for.  It may be as simple as the view out your window of a snow covered mountain or, a warm, white beach.  It may be the love of family or friends, the companionship of treasured pets or, maybe you have something uniquely yours, you are holding close to your heart this holiday season.

It occurred to me as I sat down to write this, that I am really so lucky to have all of you in my life!  Many of you have become “friends” who view my posts and click the “like” button or, make a comment and, many of you have become EarthWhorls customers and, I have no words to tell you how much that means to me.  You are the reason I can live my dream!

So today, I’d like to ask you to do something…  Post a comment below this blog telling all of us what it is that has filled your heart as the holidays approach.  In the spirit of holiday gift giving, I’ll choose one comment, at random, and send that person a beautiful www.earthwhorls.com gemstone and silver bracelet; sort of a “generic” thank you gift to all of you for being a part of what makes my life so special.

And speaking of special, a very special “thank you” to my right hand man, Jason Girard of NRG Networks Hosting, LLC for never saying “no” and always being there, when I need him.  A “get well quick” to Jess Girard who has been (and I hope will be again) one of the beautiful models for EarthWhorls jewelry in the past.

To all of you, from an overflowing heart, thank you and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

- Susan

In looking back over this year, I’m glad Jesus is the reason for the season. Without him I couldn’t have made it through this year. So many disappointments and let downs but I holding on to his unchanging hand. Hopefully next year will be a whole lot better.

I am so grateful for Christmas. For me it is about that beautiful baby boy born in a stable. He came with a purpose.
Not just to grow up and live life like every other child but to sacrifice himself for all of us. It is because of my faith that I have learned to see Him in all situations and know that somehow it will all work out for good.
My family knows that on Christmas morning before any presents are open we sing “Happy Birthday” to this child.
It you don’t know Him….His name is Jesus! The lights, love and cookies all add to this festive season of joy.
God bless all of you this Christmas and throughout the new year.
